Mindfulness Coaching in the USA: Online Options for 2024

Using self-taught and instructor-led approaches of delivering the MT, we only investigated frequency of mindfulness practice since we do not have enough evidence to consider other implementation variables as potentially amplifying indirect effects in MT.
